出廠測試
型式試驗的目的是驗證定型的配電箱的設計性能是否符合本企業標準要求。
型式試驗是新產品試制投產必須進行的試驗。只有當產品設計、制造工藝、使用原材料或零部件結構有更改，可能影響配電箱防爆性能時，才需要重新進行有關項目的型式試驗。正常生產的產品每隔五年進行一次。任一型式試驗的試品，從出廠檢驗合格的產品中，任意抽取2臺進行試驗，2臺試品試驗都合格，才能認為型式試驗合格。否則必須分析原因，采取技術措施甚至改進設計、工藝等再重新進行試驗，直到型式試驗合格為止。
型式試驗項目：
a) 所有出廠檢驗項目；
b) 溫升試驗、溫度試驗；
c) 外殼和透明件沖擊試驗；
d) 透明件耐熱試驗及耐寒試驗；
e) 彈性密封圈材料老化試驗；
f) 電纜引入裝置夾緊試驗；
g) 隔爆外殼耐壓試驗；
h) 隔爆外殼內部點燃的不傳爆試驗；
i) 外殼防護能力試驗；
j) 操作性能試驗；
k) 漏電斷路器額定剩余動作電流，額定剩余不動作電流的最大分斷時間試驗；
l) 脫扣器動作特性試驗；
m) 額定短路分斷能力試驗。
The factory test

K) leakage circuit breaker rated residual operating current, rated residual operating current not the biggest breaking time test;
L) trip movement characteristic test;
M) rated short circuit breaking capacity test.
安裝方法
1.安裝使用產品前應檢查銘牌上的技術數據與使用情況是否相符；
2.安裝及維修前必須切斷前級電源；
3.進、出線電纜穿過橡膠密封圈，須用墊圈及壓緊螺母壓緊，保證密封及電纜不得松動；
4.密封圈在使用過程中出現腐蝕、脆裂、變形、發粘或硬度變化超過出廠時的20%應及時向廠家進行選購并更換， 以確保防爆性能可靠；
5.維護拆卸時注意隔爆面不得磕碰、劃傷、腐蝕，并定期涂204-1防銹油；
6.配電箱在使用過程中要定期檢查，以保證其良好運行；
7.非專業人員嚴禁開蓋維修、檢查。
Installation method
