本過濾器適用于油泵吸油口處濾除油液中的雜質，用以保護油泵及其他液壓元件，有效地控制液壓系統污染，提高液壓系統清潔度。

過濾器配有發訊器、旁通閥、自封閥、集污盅。具有通油能力大，阻力小等優點。其主要性能特點有：1．過濾器可直接安裝在油箱的側面、底部和上部，筒體伸入油箱的油液中。出油口設有螺紋和法蘭連接方式，與油泵吸油口連接，管路簡單，安裝方便。
2．設有油路自封裝置，清洗濾芯十分方便，當清洗或更換濾芯時卸下自封螺栓，安裝在筒體底部的自封閥便會自行關閉，切斷油路，使油箱內的油液不會外溢．當裝配濾芯時，應特別注意將濾芯裝入筒體內的定位槽，然后將頂杠插入自封閥定位孔座內，待檢查裝配位置正確無誤后裝上上蓋，旋緊自薊螺栓，此時自封閥自行開啟，過濾器進入工作狀態。
3．在過濾器出油口設有濾芯堵塞發訊器，具有直觀和自動發訊兩種功能。通過觀察發訊器上的指示表，可以隨時了解濾芯堵塞情況。當濾芯堵塞，出油口真空度達到0.03MPa時，發訊器便會友出訊號，此時應停機清洗或更換濾芯。
4．在濾芯上部設有旁通閥，當發訊器報警后不能立即處理故障，出油口真空度升至大于0.032MPa時，旁通閥便會自行開啟，另開油路，以保護過濾器不受損壞，并避免油泵出現吸空現象，確保系統照常運行。
5．在濾芯中設有集污盅，在系統運行過程中，油液流經濾芯內腔時將其中超過濾芯過濾精度的污染物阻擋在濾芯內，并集中到集污盅里，當清洗或更換濾芯時，集污盅和濾芯一同帶出，避免了已濾除的污染物因更換濾芯時重新掉進油箱中，從而保持了油液的清潔度。

The Model YCX filter is directly installed on the side , at the bottom or top ofthe oil tank , used for removing impurities from the oil by filtration at the oil pumpinlet of the hydraulic system. A metal screen is adopted as the filtration core. Thefilter is equipped with a signal sender and by-pass valve, and self-sealing valve.
When the filter is clogged and the vacuum up t0 0.03 MPa, alarm will be given.When the filtering core is replaced, the oil in the tank will not flow out.
