工作原理：
1/噴漆時工作原理：外部空氣經(jīng)初級過濾網(wǎng)過濾后（冬季生產(chǎn)時空氣需加熱）由風(fēng)機送到烤房頂部，再經(jīng)過頂部過濾網(wǎng)二次過濾凈化后，進入房內(nèi)，房內(nèi)空氣采用全降式，以一定的速度向下流動，使噴漆后的漆霧微粒不能在空氣中停留，而直接進入底層出口過濾裝置，從而濾去噴漆過程中產(chǎn)生的過噴漆霧、有害氣體，經(jīng)處理的廢氣直接從排氣口排出房外。保證室內(nèi)空氣絕對清新，從而達(dá)到安全衛(wèi)生的工作環(huán)境。
2/烤漆時工作原理：靜止加熱，關(guān)閉風(fēng)機，打開加熱開關(guān)加熱，紅外就像微波爐一樣有里及外的固化漆涂層。因此避免了對流和傳導(dǎo)式烤漆房由外及里地固化漆吐層造成內(nèi)里水分及溶劑通過已固化的吐層表面揮發(fā)引起的氣孔，氣泡等缺陷。紅外輻射幾乎對空氣不加溫，因此加熱初期空氣基本靜止，避免了因熱氣流動造成漆面二次污染。溫度達(dá)到預(yù)定溫度時停止加熱，當(dāng)溫度下降到設(shè)定溫度以下1～2℃時，遠(yuǎn)紅外加熱器自動開機，使烤房內(nèi)溫度保持恒定。最后當(dāng)烤漆時間達(dá)到設(shè)定的時間時，烤房自動關(guān)機，烤漆結(jié)束。烤漆時具有自動升溫、恒溫定時、定時關(guān)機等。
