誰對CE認證標志的正確性負責?

制造商或其代理商，或歐盟成員國的進口商必須對CE認證標志的正確性負責。CE認證標志的接受對象是誰?

CE認證標志的接受對象為歐共體成員國負責實行市場產品安全控制的國家監管當局，而非顧客，當一個產品已加附CE認證標志時，成員國負責銷售安全監督的當局應假定其符合指令主要要求，可在歐共體市場自由流通。

什么是CE標志

近年來，在歐洲經濟區(歐洲聯盟、歐洲自由貿易協會成員國，瑞士除外)市場上銷售的商品中，CE標志的使用越來越多，加貼CE標志的商品表示其符合安全、衛生、環保和消費者保護等一系列歐洲指令所要表達的要求。

誰授予CE認證標志?

企業在獲得歐盟官方機構(公告號機構)頒發的帶有公告號的CE證書后，即可加貼CE標志。
