CE認(rèn)證標(biāo)志的接受對象為歐共體成員國負(fù)責(zé)實行市場產(chǎn)品安全控制的國家監(jiān)管當(dāng)局，而非顧客，當(dāng)一個產(chǎn)品已加附CE認(rèn)證標(biāo)志時，成員國負(fù)責(zé)銷售安全監(jiān)督的當(dāng)局應(yīng)假定其符合指令主要要求，可在歐共體市場自由流通。

什么是CE標(biāo)志

近年來，在歐洲經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)(歐洲聯(lián)盟、歐洲自由貿(mào)易協(xié)會成員國，瑞士除外)市場上銷售的商品中，CE標(biāo)志的使用越來越多，加貼CE標(biāo)志的商品表示其符合安全、衛(wèi)生、環(huán)保和消費者保護(hù)等一系列歐洲指令所要表達(dá)的要求。

誰授予CE認(rèn)證標(biāo)志?

企業(yè)在獲得歐盟官方機構(gòu)(公告號機構(gòu))頒發(fā)的帶有公告號的CE證書后，即可加貼CE標(biāo)志。
