無功補(bǔ)償?shù)囊饬x    隨著區(qū)域電網(wǎng)互聯(lián)的發(fā)展和負(fù)荷用電密度的增加，最大限度的發(fā)揮輸電線路的設(shè)計(jì)容量和提高系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定性的問題就日益突出。要解決該問題，首先要考慮系統(tǒng)的電壓分布的情況,電力系統(tǒng)中的電壓分布的情況和系統(tǒng)中的無功潮流分布的關(guān)系十分的密切。因此，為了要調(diào)整系統(tǒng)的電壓分布，必須要調(diào)整系統(tǒng)中的無功潮流的分布。
    在電力系統(tǒng)中，任何的用電裝置以及輸配電設(shè)備都要占用一定的無功功率。這時(shí)無功電流的存在使得線路的總電流加大，所以相對的增大了輸配電線路的有功損耗，從而造成了電壓下降、電能浪費(fèi)，進(jìn)一步惡化了電力系統(tǒng)電能質(zhì)量。無功補(bǔ)償技術(shù)即是為了解決上述問題而提出的一種有效手段。
    With the developing of area grid and increasing of loads, the problems of max using line-design capacity and improving system stability are more critical. To solve the problem it should be considered every bus voltage condition in the system first of all, while the voltage states have a close relation with the reactive power flow in the power system. Therefore to adjust the voltage of a grid, the reactive power flow must be adjusted.
    In power systems, any load device or transmission/distribution equipment occupies certain reactive power, which causes the reactive current that increases the line current. It makes the more active power consumption of transmission line, and brings about voltage drop, energy waste and taking to the worse for power quality further. The reactive power compensation technology is an effective method to solve the problems above.靜止無功發(fā)生器(SVG)簡介 Introduction of SVG    靜止無功發(fā)生器是FACTS設(shè)備的主要成員，它以雙數(shù)字信號處理器（DSP）為核心，通過電抗器將自換相橋式電路并聯(lián)在電網(wǎng)上，采用實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)采集技術(shù)和動(dòng)態(tài)跟蹤技術(shù)，不斷監(jiān)測電網(wǎng)和系統(tǒng)的電壓、電流并進(jìn)行一系列的運(yùn)算,最后經(jīng)由以IGBT為核心的變流單元輸出補(bǔ)償?shù)较到y(tǒng)或電網(wǎng),在快速連續(xù)的補(bǔ)償調(diào)整系統(tǒng)無功功率的同時(shí)，還可以顯著地改善負(fù)荷與公共電網(wǎng)連接點(diǎn)處的電能質(zhì)量，提高功率因數(shù)、克服三相不平衡、消除電壓閃變和電壓波動(dòng)、抑制諧波污染。
    SVG (static var generator) is the main member of FACTS devices and its core CPUs are DSP. 選型說明

NEWANGLE可用于三相系統(tǒng)，有380V,660V,1140V,3000V,10KV五檔電壓等級。
NEWANGLE的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)格為25A，50A,100A,150A,300A,450A,600A,900A,1500A,2500A（標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型號外特殊電壓、電流規(guī)
格請與信元瑞技術(shù)人員聯(lián)系）。無功補(bǔ)償柜可以多臺(tái)并柜使用，但是建議最多可并列使用臺(tái)數(shù)不超過10臺(tái)。

              Q=βav×PC×(tanφ1-tanφ2)
式中：
              Q       --無功補(bǔ)償容量（kVar）
              PC      --配電所供電的月最大有功計(jì)算負(fù)載（kW）；
              βav    --月平均負(fù)載率，一般可取0.7-0.8；
              φ1     --補(bǔ)償前的功率因數(shù)角，cosφ1可取最大負(fù)載時(shí)的值；
              φ2     --補(bǔ)償后的功率因數(shù)角，參照電力部門的要求確定，一般可取0.9-0.98；
例如：
某變電所月最大有功負(fù)載為2000kW，平均負(fù)載率為0.75，補(bǔ)償前功率因數(shù)為0.6，目標(biāo)功率因數(shù)為0.92，該變電所需要補(bǔ)償?shù)臒o功功率為：
              Q = βav × PC × (tanφ1 - tanφ2)
                 = 0.75 × 2000 × (tan(arccos0.6)-tan(arccos0.92))
                 = 1361(kVar)
考慮一定的裕量，可選擇補(bǔ)償容量為1500kVar的無功補(bǔ)償裝置。
2.無功補(bǔ)償容量的選擇
NEWANGLE無功補(bǔ)償裝置的容量選擇原則：根據(jù)上面公式計(jì)算出無功補(bǔ)償容量，對照
NEWANGLE樣本型錄上的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)格，按就近原則選取。

   對于穩(wěn)態(tài)時(shí)的電壓質(zhì)量問題有許多成熟的措施加以解決；但對于動(dòng)態(tài)電能質(zhì)量問題，依靠傳統(tǒng)的無功補(bǔ)償和常規(guī)的濾波裝置則不能有效地解決，因?yàn)橹T如電壓跌落（sage）、浪涌（surge）、電壓脈沖（impulse）與瞬時(shí)供電中斷（outage）這類電能質(zhì)量問題持續(xù)的時(shí)間很短、變化很快，并且有的電能質(zhì)量問題還伴隨著部分甚至全部的有功損失等情形。
    NEWANGLE靜止同步無功補(bǔ)償裝置在SVC裝置的基礎(chǔ)上，克服了SVC產(chǎn)品由于呈恒阻抗特性，使得在電壓低時(shí)，無法提供所需的無功支持，應(yīng)付突發(fā)事件的能力較弱；而且占地面積大，過多的SVC易引發(fā)系統(tǒng)振蕩等弊端，NEWANGLE的無功電流輸出可以很大電壓變化范圍內(nèi)恒定，在電壓低時(shí)仍能提供較強(qiáng)的無功支撐，并且可從感性到容性全范圍內(nèi)連續(xù)調(diào)節(jié)，使得其無功輸出相當(dāng)于同容量SVC的1.4—2倍；因NEWANGLE的靈活調(diào)壓，還可以大大減少變壓器分接頭的切換次數(shù)，從而減少分接頭故障次數(shù)。另外，NEWANGLE還可以抑制電壓閃變，提高系統(tǒng)暫態(tài)穩(wěn)定水平，結(jié)合我國的國情和已有的技術(shù)，發(fā)展靜止同步無功補(bǔ)償技術(shù)應(yīng)是解決我國電壓穩(wěn)定問題的有效手段，并且也是FACTS技術(shù)發(fā)展的主要方向。
