無功補償的意義    隨著區域電網互聯的發展和負荷用電密度的增加，最大限度的發揮輸電線路的設計容量和提高系統的運行穩定性的問題就日益突出。要解決該問題，首先要考慮系統的電壓分布的情況,電力系統中的電壓分布的情況和系統中的無功潮流分布的關系十分的密切。因此，為了要調整系統的電壓分布，必須要調整系統中的無功潮流的分布。
    在電力系統中，任何的用電裝置以及輸配電設備都要占用一定的無功功率。這時無功電流的存在使得線路的總電流加大，所以相對的增大了輸配電線路的有功損耗，從而造成了電壓下降、電能浪費，進一步惡化了電力系統電能質量。無功補償技術即是為了解決上述問題而提出的一種有效手段。
    With the developing of area grid and increasing of loads, the problems of max using line-design capacity and improving system stability are more critical. To solve the problem it should be considered every bus voltage condition in the system first of all, while the voltage states have a close relation with the reactive power flow in the power system. Therefore to adjust the voltage of a grid, the reactive power flow must be adjusted.
    In power systems, any load device or transmission/distribution equipment occupies certain reactive power, which causes the reactive current that increases the line current. It makes the more active power consumption of transmission line, and brings about voltage drop, energy waste and taking to the worse for power quality further. The reactive power compensation technology is an effective method to solve the problems above.靜止無功發生器(SVG)簡介 Introduction of SVG    靜止無功發生器是FACTS設備的主要成員，它以雙數字信號處理器（DSP）為核心，通過電抗器將自換相橋式電路并聯在電網上，采用實時數據采集技術和動態跟蹤技術，不斷監測電網和系統的電壓、電流并進行一系列的運算,最后經由以IGBT為核心的變流單元輸出補償到系統或電網,在快速連續的補償調整系統無功功率的同時，還可以顯著地改善負荷與公共電網連接點處的電能質量，提高功率因數、克服三相不平衡、消除電壓閃變和電壓波動、抑制諧波污染。
    SVG (static var generator) is the main member of FACTS devices and its core CPUs are DSP. Adopting real-time data sampling and dynamic tracking technology, through monitoring the voltage and current of the grid, SVG is parallel connected with grid via the bridge-circuit by inductance, and it compensates reactive power of system, improves power quality of system interface and power factor, remove the phase unbalance, voltage flicker and fluctuation and depress harmonic pollution rapidly.主要功能 Main Function1) 動態補償電網無功功率，暫態響應時間小于1ms；

選型說明

NEWANGLE可用于三相系統，有380V,660V,1140V,3000V,10KV五檔電壓等級。
NEWANGLE的標準規格為25A，50A,100A,150A,300A,450A,600A,900A,1500A,2500A（標準型號外特殊電壓、電流規
格請與信元瑞技術人員聯系）。無功補償柜可以多臺并柜使用，但是建議最多可并列使用臺數不超過10臺。
信元瑞公司的NEWANGLE可與其它各類補償柜配合使用。
NEWANGLE可用于三相三線系統和三相四線系統，有380V,660V,1140V,3000V,10KV五檔電壓等級，其詳細選型信息請

              Q=βav×PC×(tanφ1-tanφ2)
式中：
              Q       --無功補償容量（kVar）
              PC      --配電所供電的月最大有功計算負載（kW）；
              βav    --月平均負載率，一般可取0.7-0.8；
              φ1     --補償前的功率因數角，cosφ1可取最大負載時的值；
              φ2     --補償后的功率因數角，參照電力部門的要求確定，一般可取0.9-0.98；
例如：
某變電所月最大有功負載為2000kW，平均負載率為0.75，補償前功率因數為0.6，目標功率因數為0.92，該變電所需要補償的無功功率為：
              Q = βav × PC × (tanφ1 - tanφ2)
                 = 0.75 × 2000 × (tan(arccos0.6)-tan(arccos0.92))
                 = 1361(kVar)
考慮一定的裕量，可選擇補償容量為1500kVar的無功補償裝置。
2.無功補償容量的選擇
NEWANGLE無功補償裝置的容量選擇原則：根據上面公式計算出無功補償容量，對照
NEWANGLE樣本型錄上的標準規格，按就近原則選取。

能夠解決三相不平衡問題（三相三線制產品）

在設備補償范圍內可將功率因數提高到近似于1.0；能夠“吞吐”無功功率，實時連續補償，不合產生過補或者補償不足問題；
The device can improve power factor to 1.0 within compensation ability. The device can output or absorb reactive power to gain real-time continuous compensation, will not cause excessive or inadequate compensation.NEWANGLE產品優勢（二）為更有效的提高電能質量，NEWANGLE靜止同步無功補償裝置已成為補償無功功率、改善電能質量的有力工具。該技術的核心器件IPM模塊，比GTO元件具有更快的開關頻率，并且關斷容量已達到一定規模，因此NEWANGLE裝置具有更快的響應特性。
   對于穩態時的電壓質量問題有許多成熟的措施加以解決；但對于動態電能質量問題，依靠傳統的無功補償和常規的濾波裝置則不能有效地解決，因為諸如電壓跌落（sage）、浪涌（surge）、電壓脈沖（impulse）與瞬時供電中斷（outage）這類電能質量問題持續的時間很短、變化很快，并且有的電能質量問題還伴隨著部分甚至全部的有功損失等情形。
    NEWANGLE靜止同步無功補償裝置在SVC裝置的基礎上，克服了SVC產品由于呈恒阻抗特性，使得在電壓低時，無法提供所需的無功支持，應付突發事件的能力較弱；而且占地面積大，過多的SVC易引發系統振蕩等弊端，NEWANGLE的無功電流輸出可以很大電壓變化范圍內恒定，在電壓低時仍能提供較強的無功支撐，并且可從感性到容性全范圍內連續調節，使得其無功輸出相當于同容量SVC的1.4—2倍；因NEWANGLE的靈活調壓，還可以大大減少變壓器分接頭的切換次數，從而減少分接頭故障次數。另外，NEWANGLE還可以抑制電壓閃變，提高系統暫態穩定水平，結合我國的國情和已有的技術，發展靜止同步無功補償技術應是解決我國電壓穩定問題的有效手段，并且也是FACTS技術發展的主要方向。
    To more effectively improve the power quality, NEWANGLE SVG has become a powerful tool for reactive power compensation to improve the power quality. The core components of the IPM module technology have faster switching frequency than the GTO components, and its turn-off capacity has reached a certain size, so NEWANGLE device has a faster response.
    For the steady state voltage quality problems, many mature measures to solve them, but the dynamic power quality problems,the traditional and conventional reactive power compensateon device can not effectively filter solution, because the voltage drop, such as sags,surge,voltage pulse and the instanteous power interruption (outage), and these kinds of power quality problems persist for a short time, changing rapidly, and some power quality problems still associated with some or all of the active power losses circumstances.
Based on the SVC, NEWANGLE has overcome the permanent impedance characteristic which causes that SVC is unable support var output,which provides weak ability to deal with thunderbolt in low voltage. Moreover the SVC area is big, excessively many SVC easy to initiate system vibration, the NEWANGLE’s var current may output in a very great voltage range of variation constant and could provide the strong work support in low voltage, and is with a scope adjust continuously. So its var output equals to co-content SVC 1.4—2 times.
