特性及應用:
高碳合金工具鋼,韌性較好,具有較好的回火穩定性,熱處理時變形小。該鋼中碳化物分布均勻,不易析出碳化物網,并易于正火消除,通過正火可以消除網狀以及粗片碳化物組織。但是抗壓強度和耐磨性不足,加工性較差。該鋼的表面殘余含碳量為0.6%—0.7%的脫碳層時,由于碳化物的減少使得表面層的過熱敏感性增大。經正常加熱淬火以后表面硬度仍可以達到60—62HRC,但其抗彎強度卻下降40%—50%。表面層晶粒度達到7級,心部為10級。
該鋼鍛造性能良好,由于易脫碳,需要在中性氣氛或者保護氣氛爐中加熱。施以鍛熱調質處理,可以獲得細密的回火索氏體組織,簡化工藝,省時節電,既有良好的切削加工性能,又有理想的余熱處理組織。
該鋼受熱軟化溫度為320℃,淬透性比鉻鋼好,油淬淬硬性深度40—50mm。該鋼零保溫淬火韌化工藝,可以消除搓絲=板因常規淬火加熱氧化脫碳造成的早期失效,不均勻奧氏體修或可以細化馬氏體,搓火后得到隱晶馬氏體或者細針狀馬氏體,這種組織強韌性好。
9SiCr量具刃具用鋼,是常用的低合金工具鋼,具有較高的淬透性和淬硬性,以及較高的回火穩定性。

1 該鋼用作沖制料厚≥3mm的沖裁模具中形狀復雜的凸模 凹模 鑲塊,做凸模時建議硬度58—62HRC,做凹模是建議60—64HRC。
2批量軟料中厚板沖裁模常用9SiCr等鋼。

Characteristics and applications:
