特性及應(yīng)用:
高碳合金工具鋼，韌性較好，具有較好的回火穩(wěn)定性，熱處理時變形小。該鋼中碳化物分布均勻，不易析出碳化物網(wǎng)，并易于正火消除，通過正火可以消除網(wǎng)狀以及粗片碳化物組織。但是抗壓強度和耐磨性不足，加工性較差。該鋼的表面殘余含碳量為0.6%—0.7%的脫碳層時，由于碳化物的減少使得表面層的過熱敏感性增大。經(jīng)正常加熱淬火以后表面硬度仍可以達到60—62HRC，但其抗彎強度卻下降40%—50%。表面層晶粒度達到7級，心部為10級。
該鋼鍛造性能良好，由于易脫碳，需要在中性氣氛或者保護氣氛爐中加熱。施以鍛熱調(diào)質(zhì)處理，可以獲得細密的回火索氏體組織，簡化工藝，省時節(jié)電，既有良好的切削加工性能，又有理想的余熱處理組織。
該鋼受熱軟化溫度為320℃，淬透性比鉻鋼好，油淬淬硬性深度40—50mm。該鋼零保溫淬火韌化工藝，可以消除搓絲=板因常規(guī)淬火加熱氧化脫碳造成的早期失效，不均勻奧氏體修或可以細化馬氏體，搓火后得到隱晶馬氏體或者細針狀馬氏體，這種組織強韌性好。
9SiCr量具刃具用鋼，是常用的低合金工具鋼，具有較高的淬透性和淬硬性，以及較高的回火穩(wěn)定性。

Characteristics and applications:
High carbon alloy tool steel, toughness is good, with good tempering stability, heat treatment deformation is small.
