論述20CrNi2MoA
滲碳淬火齒輪齒根磨削與否對輪齒彎曲疲勞強度影響的對比試驗研究,并基于此項試驗研
究提出了具有應用價值的觀點。試驗研究結果表明,就20CrNi2MoA滲碳淬火齒輪而言,當齒根應力>700MPa時,以磨削齒根為好;當齒根應力≤700MPa時,以不磨削齒根為好。齒根應力越低,不磨削齒根的優(yōu)點越顯著。

將20CrNi2Mo鋼和低碳滲碳鋼進行滲碳表面強化處理,對試樣的變形,滲層的碳濃度 梯度,試樣的有效硬化層,試樣表層的殘余奧氏體含量進行對比分析,結果表明20CrNi2Mo鋼作為重載齒輪材料其熱處理工藝性能是合格的。

20Cr2Ni4鋼屬于高合金鋼,主要應用于重載齒 輪、滲碳軸承等零件上,在實際使用中存在著眾多的問題與缺陷。由于其合金元素含量高,殘余奧氏體量過多,使得熱處理工藝復雜,不便控制且成本也高,熱處理變形嚴重,且由于強度較高,變形校正也特別困難,國內外對其應用均提出很多的看法。用中合金滲碳鋼取代高合金滲碳鋼是齒輪等工件滲碳材料更換的一種趨勢。 20CrNi2Mo是優(yōu)質低碳中合金結構鋼,合金元 素配比良好,冶煉工藝優(yōu)良。

Comparative study on carburization of grinding hardened gear tooth bending fatigue strength of gear tooth effect, and based on this test.
The viewpoint is put forward. Experimental results show that, 20CrNi2MoA carburizing and quenching gear, when the tooth root stress >700MPa, grinding tooth root is good; when the tooth root stress is less than or equal to 700MPa, in grinding root as well. The root stress is low, not more significant advantages of grinding tooth.
20CrNi2Mo steel and low carbon steel were treated by carburizing surface, the deformation of the sample, the carbon concentration gradient of the coating, the effective hardening layer, the residual austenite content of the sample surface were compared and analyzed. The results show that the 20CrNi2Mo steel is qualified as a heavy duty gear material.
20cr2ni4 steel belongs to high alloy steel, mainly used in heavy duty gear wheel, carburizing parts such as bearings, in actual use exist many problems and defects. Because of its high content of alloying elements, the amount of retained austenite, the heat treatment process is complex, the cost is high, the heat treatment is very high. Using carburizing alloy steel instead of high carbon alloy steel is a kind of trend change gear carburizing material. 20CrNi2Mo is a high quality low carbon alloy steel, Supebi He Jinyuan is good, smelting process is excellent.
