SNCM420是一種常用的合金，滲碳處理后表面有相當(dāng)高的硬度、耐磨性和接觸疲勞強度，同時心部還保留良好的韌性，能承受高的沖擊負荷。SNCM420主要用于鐵路軸承等耐沖擊、耐磨損零件。

節(jié)后國內(nèi)鋼價穩(wěn)中有跌。國慶長假期間外盤商品價格普遍上漲，加之節(jié)后港口鐵礦石庫存大幅降低，節(jié)后鐵礦石期貨大幅上漲，對鋼材期貨走勢形成明顯提振。不過節(jié)后鋼材現(xiàn)貨市場繼續(xù)走弱，制約了鋼材期貨的反彈空間。

1庫存攀升鋼廠虧損減產(chǎn)

從全國線材、螺紋鋼、熱軋板卷、冷軋板卷、中厚板五大品種庫存總量來看，上周全國綜合庫存總量為1082萬噸，增加51.7萬噸，增幅為5.02%。總體來看，受國慶長假影響，節(jié)后全國鋼材庫存大幅攀升，各主要鋼材品種庫存全面上升，目前的庫存水平較去年同期仍降低10.76%。節(jié)日期間市場庫存的大幅攀升，對節(jié)后國內(nèi)市場走勢形成了較大壓力。

不過，分析師認為，考慮到節(jié)后市場成交已基本恢復(fù)正常，且鋼廠因大幅虧損減產(chǎn)逐步增多，預(yù)計本周全國鋼材庫存將再次轉(zhuǎn)入下降通道。

10月11日，華東地區(qū)主導(dǎo)鋼廠出臺10月中旬價格政策，繼續(xù)以全面下調(diào)為主。其中沙鋼對螺紋出廠價格下調(diào)40元/噸，線材、盤螺下調(diào)30元/噸，并對上期螺紋補差30元/噸，線材、盤螺不補；永鋼對螺紋出廠價格下調(diào)40元/噸，線材、盤螺下調(diào)30元/噸；中天對螺紋出廠價格下調(diào)30元/噸，線材下調(diào)50元/噸，盤螺下調(diào)60元/噸，并對上期螺紋鋼、盤螺和線材均補差30元/噸。

而在訂貨比例方面，沙鋼10月訂貨比例為9折，明顯高于9月的7折和8月的3.5折；永鋼10月訂貨比例螺紋4.5折，較9月減少0.5折；盤螺、線材5.5折，較9月持平；中天10月中旬訂貨比例螺紋9折，較上旬持平；盤螺、線材6折，較上旬減少1折。

房市火爆帶動投資進而拉升鋼鐵的邏輯，今年再度“泡湯”。

多家鋼廠降價促銷

步入10月的鋼廠，無奈打出降價牌。汽車用鋼方面，龍頭企業(yè)寶鋼股份宣布，11月汽車用冷軋、熱軋對外報價保持不變，但給予提前訂貨100~160元的優(yōu)惠。

建筑鋼材方面，華東地區(qū)主導(dǎo)鋼廠10月中旬價格繼續(xù)以全面下調(diào)為主。其中，龍頭企業(yè)沙鋼股份對螺紋出廠價格下調(diào)40元/噸，線材、盤螺下調(diào)30元/噸，并對上期螺紋補差30元/噸，線材、盤螺不補。

鋼市有“金九銀十”之說，今年鋼市“金九銀十”遇冷。數(shù)據(jù)顯示，“我的鋼鐵網(wǎng)”鋼材綜合指數(shù)自8月15日始，累計下跌7.23%。9月鋼鐵PMI顯示，鋼鐵生產(chǎn)、采購、銷售、雇員等經(jīng)營活動全面處于收縮態(tài)勢，行業(yè)景氣度相當(dāng)?shù)兔浴?/span>

11月到來年3月是鋼市淡季。前瞻數(shù)據(jù)揭示，今年冬天的鋼市或又是一個寒冬：9月鋼鐵新訂單指數(shù)僅小幅回升0.8個百分點，但仍處于40.7%的低位，鋼市需求旺季不旺。其中，去年以來最為活躍的出口在愈演愈烈的反傾銷沖擊下，9月新出口訂單指數(shù)環(huán)比大幅回落13.8個百分點，至40.7%，跌至近5個月以來最低。

銷售清淡，庫存增加，許多鋼廠難以承受。一位熟悉鋼廠的人士稱，“很多鋼廠一直虧損以?，F(xiàn)金流，現(xiàn)在連現(xiàn)金流都保不動了，很多鋼廠注定要關(guān)門了。”

2011年8月至今的4年間，鋼價持續(xù)下跌，貿(mào)易商大量倒閉后，鋼廠越來越扛不住。據(jù)悉，國慶后，許多鋼廠減產(chǎn)。

總體看盡管近期北方及西部地區(qū)鋼廠減產(chǎn)增多，但華東地區(qū)鋼廠減產(chǎn)依然不明顯，加之出口訂單下滑，主導(dǎo)鋼廠10月份市場資源投放有增無減，市場供應(yīng)壓力依然較大。
