20CrMnMo是國家標準規定的一種合金結構鋼的牌號，是一種高強度的滲碳鋼。
先進行滲碳熱處理，再淬火加熱溫度850℃、油冷；200℃回火、空冷。淬火低溫回火后具有良好的綜合力學性能和低溫沖擊韌度；滲碳淬火后具有較高的抗彎強度和耐磨性能。常用于制造高硬度、高強度、高韌性的較大重要滲碳件，如曲軸、凸輪軸、連桿、齒輪軸、齒輪、銷軸等。
滲碳淬火后硬度高時磨削時易產生裂紋。

主要特性
高強度的高級滲碳鋼。強度高于15CrMnMo，塑性及韌性稍低，淬透性及力學性能比20CrMnTi高，淬火低溫回火后具有良好的綜合力學性能和低溫沖擊韌度。滲碳淬火后具有較高的抗彎強度和耐磨性能，但磨削時易產生裂紋。焊接性不好，適于電阻焊接，焊前需預熱，焊后需回火處理。切削加工性和熱加工性良好。

常用于制造高硬度、高強度、高韌性的較大重要滲碳件（其要求均高于15CrMnMo），如曲軸、凸輪軸、連桿、齒輪軸、齒輪、銷軸，還可代替12Cr2Ni4使用。

【北京市場】維穩為主，稍有調價。現北京市場河鋼、新興、東華產18-25mm HRB400E螺紋鋼價格為1890-1950、1860、1880元/噸，持穩；河鋼、東華產28-32mm HRB400E螺紋鋼市場價為1940-1950、1930元/噸，持穩；盤螺，河鋼、九江產8-10mm HRB400市場價為2070、2050元/噸，企穩；高線，河鋼、九江產8-10mm HPB300市場價為1990、1880元/噸，河鋼下調10。
