10月全國線螺價格延續弱勢運行，整體呈下降趨勢。原料成本支撐薄弱，經銷商對后市持看空心態，多以積極出貨為主，陰跌、議價等操作較普遍，拖累整體鋼材價格下滑。當前國內鋼廠已全面虧損，鋼廠限價、限量等挺價措施增多，但整體收效甚微，而價格進一步下跌，下半月鋼廠減產、檢修范圍繼續擴大。隨著天氣的轉冷，下半月東北市場已進入尾聲，經銷商大幅跌價拋貨。隨著北材南下的不斷深入，南方市場的庫存壓力加劇，也拖累南方鋼價下行。截至月底，市場始終未現旺季行情，資金和銷售等壓力再度凸顯，市場將持續震蕩筑底運行。

　　據中鋼協統計，10月上旬重點鋼企粗鋼日產178.38萬噸，環比漲2.75%；全國估算值為225.61萬噸，環比漲0.34%；截至上旬末，重點企業庫存1507.44萬噸，旬環比增加27.99萬噸，增幅為1.89%。同時，國內鋼廠出口接單出現明顯下降，鋼廠投放國內市場資源有所增多。當前全國鋼企普遍虧損，后期國內鋼廠減產、檢修再度將繼續加大，各地社會庫存將繼續下降。不過隨著東北市場休市，北材南下力度加大，南方市場庫存壓力將會激增，鋼價也將繼續承壓運行。在需求低迷難改的情況下，后期鋼廠的實質性減產力度，或將直接決定鋼價的走向。
