OUTAI GEARHEAD微型減速交直流馬達為了調(diào)整滑差電機動平衡,其電樞和磁極轉(zhuǎn)子的兩端分別裝有配重裝置。如果這部分裝置稍有松動,那么滑差電機在高速動彈時就會偏離原釆的位置。故障如果發(fā)生在主傳動電機的外瑞面,就會造成電樞和磁極轉(zhuǎn)子的局部摩擦,使噪聲加大。這時就需要停機修理,恢復電樞和磁極轉(zhuǎn)子的動平衡,并重新找好原動平衡配重的位置并將其固定好,使主傳動電機正常運轉(zhuǎn)。廣泛用于鋼鐵、電站、電纜、化工、石油、水 泥、紡織、印染、造紙、機械等工業(yè)部門作恒轉(zhuǎn)矩或遞減轉(zhuǎn)矩的負載機械無級調(diào)速之用,尤其適宜作流量變化較大的泵和風機類負載托動之用,能夠獲得良好的節(jié)能效果。

OUTAI GEARHEAD微型減速交直流馬達當改變電動機的定子電壓時,可以得到一組不同的機械特性曲線,從而獲得不同轉(zhuǎn)速。由于電動機的轉(zhuǎn)矩與電壓平方成正比,因此最大轉(zhuǎn)矩下降很多,其調(diào)速范圍較小,使一般籠型電動機難以應用。為了擴大調(diào)速范圍,調(diào)壓調(diào)速應采用轉(zhuǎn)子電阻值大的籠型電動機,如專供調(diào)壓調(diào)速用的力矩電動機,或者在繞線式電動機上串聯(lián)頻敏電阻。為了擴大穩(wěn)定運行范圍,當調(diào)速在2:1以上的場合應采用反饋控制以達到自動調(diào)節(jié)轉(zhuǎn)速目的。調(diào)壓調(diào)速的主要裝置是一個能提供電壓變化的電源,常用的調(diào)壓方式有串聯(lián)飽和電抗器、自耦變壓器以及晶閘管調(diào)壓等幾種。晶閘管調(diào)壓方式為最佳。
