二、結(jié)構(gòu) 其結(jié)構(gòu)主要由過濾室、濾袋、凈氣室、卸灰閥、脈沖噴吹裝置、電控箱等組成，箱體全部采用焊接結(jié)構(gòu)，檢修門用泡沫橡膠條密封，保證除塵 器嚴(yán)密不漏風(fēng)。 三、工作原理 除塵器的工作原理如下：含塵氣體由下部敞開式法蘭進(jìn)入過濾室，較粗顆粒直接落入灰倉，含塵氣體經(jīng)濾袋過濾，粉塵阻留于袋表，凈氣經(jīng)袋 口到凈氣室，由風(fēng)機(jī)排入大氣。當(dāng)濾袋表面的粉塵不斷增加，程控儀開始工作，逐個(gè)開啟脈沖閥，使壓縮空氣通過噴口對(duì)濾袋進(jìn)行噴吹清灰， 使濾袋突然膨脹，在反向氣流的作用下，賦予袋表的粉塵迅速脫離濾袋落入灰倉，粉塵由卸灰閥排出。該產(chǎn)品有各種規(guī)格，過濾面積，處理風(fēng) 量，按用戶實(shí)際需要，可專門設(shè)計(jì).
