電線磨平機用于電線外被制作啞鈴試片前，磨平表面的纖維或不規格之處，磨出光滑、平整、厚薄均勻的片狀，以利于制作啞鈴試片測試其拉力，老化，耐油等試驗之用。

電線磨平機操作時機臺左右、上下及前后可移動，配有扳手操作。此磨平機根據UL1581相關標準設計及制造。

符合UL1581標準第420.6條規定。
