(1) GB底膠固化時間較長，一般為24 h，若在12 h內遇水或浸泡，即使表面填料已施工完成，底膠也會發生化學反應而形成薄片狀固狀物，致使底膠失去與混凝土面的粘結力。在該工程施工時，因雨天較多，同時由于面板混凝土養護的需要，無法保證涂刷底膠后表面長時間處于干燥狀態。底膠失效后，需重新打磨、涂刷。SR底膠的粘結性能較好，不易產生脫膠現象，底膠表面覆蓋SR材料后，遇水不會影響粘結效果。

大壩周邊縫表面止水施工完成后，檢查發現GB蓋片下部局部有滲水現象，進行了返工處理。

(2) GB填料較SR 填料的可塑性及施工性能差。GB填料及蓋片在常溫下施工時必須對板材加壓，但由于現場施工條件的限制，加壓不能確保GB與底膠及混凝土表面的緊密粘結，從而影響防滲效果。而SR 材料的可塑性、延展性較好，易施工，能保證SR填料與底膠及混凝土表面粘結緊密。
(2) the plasticity and construction performance of GB filler are worse than that of SR filler. GB packing and cover plate must be pressed under the normal temperature, but due to the restrictions of field construction conditions, the pressure can not ensure the tight bond between GB and the bottom rubber and concrete surface, thus affecting the anti-seepage effect. The SR material has good plasticity, good ductility, easy construction, and can ensure the SR filler and the bottom glue and concrete surface bonding closely.
鑒于SR填料較易施工，且與混凝土面的粘結較好，該工程SR及GB蓋片封邊全部采用SR底膠及填料封邊。

(3) SR底膠涂刷完成后，先進行找平層施工，以改善混凝土與SR 填料的粘結，消除混凝土表面不平整對粘結的影響。而GB填料由于其可塑性較差，無法進行找平層施工，一般是將GB填料和蓋片直接覆蓋在底膠上加壓，這在一定程度上影響了粘結效果。

Because of its poor plasticity, GB filler can not be used for leveling layer construction. (4)經檢測SR 和GB 蓋片的強度、延伸率、熱空氣老化等性能，均符合設計和規范要求。GB蓋片厚13 mm左右， SR蓋片厚5～7 cm， GB蓋片的質量較大，坡面施工較困難。

(5) GB填料采用疊片包裝，每片厚3 cm左右，片間粘貼雙面防粘紙，施工時防粘紙較容易揭開，同時無需對材料進行大量切割。而SR材料采用大塊包裝，表面粘貼單面防粘紙，受運輸過程的影響， SR材料容易局部變形，造成防粘紙局部扭曲、破損，防粘紙不易揭開，在施工過程中還需進行切割。

二、在施工前應先將底涂液涂于表面，待表面干燥后把縫隙的兩邊10mm處貼上50mm寬的防護膠帶，以防施工中多余的聚硫膠把構筑物表面弄臟。
