（3）       構(gòu)筑物及設備布局要緊湊合理，占地面積小且美觀大方。

（4）       乙方保證：所供設備和配套材料都是全新的、完整的和最新設計的，達到質(zhì)量標準和滿足安全使用要求。

四  設備名稱、規(guī)格型號、計量單位、數(shù)量

五 質(zhì)量保證

1 賣方保證所提供設備是全新的、在交付時沒有材質(zhì)或工藝上的缺陷且符合買方提出的技術標準及規(guī)范；

2 賣方應保證其出售的設備科提供正常和恰當?shù)厥褂茫⑶以诮?jīng)過正確安裝、正常操作和保養(yǎng)的前提下，在設備的壽命期內(nèi)運轉(zhuǎn)良好；

3 設備的材料和零部件均應符合或優(yōu)于買方提出的技術標準及規(guī)范。

六 設備的安裝調(diào)試驗收

 1 設備交貨后，賣方應在買方通知現(xiàn)場具備安裝條件時，在一周或更短的時間內(nèi)派技術人員到場安裝，并在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)安裝調(diào)試完畢，同時賣方負責安裝調(diào)試過程中所有因質(zhì)量缺陷而損壞的零部件免費更換。

2 設備在賣方指導下安裝調(diào)試運行后，買方和賣方共同對設備進行安裝調(diào)試驗收，若賣方不參與聯(lián)合檢驗，則視為同意買方的驗收結(jié)果。設備經(jīng)安裝調(diào)試驗收合格后，由雙方共同簽署《設備安裝調(diào)試驗收結(jié)論單》。

3由賣方負責指導安裝，并負責指導調(diào)試，只有經(jīng)過安裝調(diào)試并且技術性能達到合同技術中所述的技術要求后，買方才能接受全部貨物。
