五 質量保證

1 賣方保證所提供設備是全新的、在交付時沒有材質或工藝上的缺陷且符合買方提出的技術標準及規范；

2 賣方應保證其出售的設備科提供正常和恰當地使用，并且在經過正確安裝、正常操作和保養的前提下，在設備的壽命期內運轉良好；

3 設備的材料和零部件均應符合或優于買方提出的技術標準及規范。

六 設備的安裝調試驗收

 1 設備交貨后，賣方應在買方通知現場具備安裝條件時，在一周或更短的時間內派技術人員到場安裝，并在規定時間內安裝調試完畢，同時賣方負責安裝調試過程中所有因質量缺陷而損壞的零部件免費更換。

2 設備在賣方指導下安裝調試運行后，買方和賣方共同對設備進行安裝調試驗收，若賣方不參與聯合檢驗，則視為同意買方的驗收結果。設備經安裝調試驗收合格后，由雙方共同簽署《設備安裝調試驗收結論單》。

3由賣方負責指導安裝，并負責指導調試，只有經過安裝調試并且技術性能達到合同技術中所述的技術要求后，買方才能接受全部貨物。

Installation and commissioning of equipment

2. After installation and commissioning of the equipment under the guidance of the seller, the buyer and the seller jointly install and debug the equipment. If the seller does not participate in the joint inspection, it shall be deemed to agree to the acceptance of the buyer. After the installation and commissioning of the equipment is qualified, the two parties shall jointly sign the acceptance conclusion of the installation and commissioning of the equipment.

3. The seller shall be responsible for the installation and guidance of the installation. Only after installation and debugging and technical performance to meet the technical requirements described in the contract technology, the buyer can accept all the goods.
