    一 工程概況

    某啤酒公司以大麥和大米為主要原料,輔以啤酒花和鮮酵母制造啤酒,年產(chǎn)啤酒10萬噸。廢水處理工程的設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)模為3500m3/d,合146m3/h。

    二  處理工藝

    1 生產(chǎn)工藝及水質(zhì)

    啤酒廠廢水來源:糖化車間的糖化、過濾洗滌水;發(fā)酵過程的發(fā)酵罐洗滌、過濾洗滌水;灌裝過程洗瓶、滅菌及破瓶啤酒;冷卻水和成品車間洗滌水等。

    設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)水水質(zhì)為:

    COD=2500mg/L

    BOD=1800mg/L

     SS=400mg/L。

    處理后的出水量最終排放是城市污水管道,執(zhí)行《污水綜合排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB8978-1996)中的一級(jí)(新擴(kuò)改)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

    2  處理工藝

    本工程廢水中屬高濃度有機(jī)廢水,可生化性好,采用生化處理;采用了厭氧UASB和好氧SBR的組合工藝。

    廢水懸浮物較多的特點(diǎn),采用格柵和固液分離機(jī)兩級(jí)預(yù)處理進(jìn)行去除,避免對(duì)后續(xù)UASB的影響。

    3 工藝流程

    本工程工藝流程

    廢水先經(jīng)細(xì)格柵去除雜物后,經(jīng)固液分離機(jī)去除麥麩等大顆粒懸浮物,后進(jìn)入集水井,由潛污泵提升進(jìn)入調(diào)節(jié)池,調(diào)節(jié)水量水質(zhì)后經(jīng)過二次提升進(jìn)入U(xiǎn)ASB反應(yīng)器。UASB反應(yīng)器處理后的出水進(jìn)入好氧SBR曝氣池,處理后達(dá)標(biāo)排放。設(shè)計(jì)中UASB前設(shè)有酸堿調(diào)節(jié)設(shè)施。曝氣池產(chǎn)生的剩余污泥重力排入調(diào)節(jié)池,有調(diào)節(jié)池提升進(jìn)入?yún)捬醭亍膮捬鮑ASB池排出的剩余污泥進(jìn)入污泥濃縮池,經(jīng)濃縮后由帶式污泥脫水機(jī)進(jìn)行脫水處理。濃縮池的上清液和脫水機(jī)房清液流回集水井。脫水后的污泥外運(yùn)填埋或經(jīng)堆肥等處理后制成生物有機(jī)肥。

    4 主要設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)

    1)       進(jìn)水格柵和固液分離機(jī)  設(shè)一道細(xì)格柵,柵條間隙5mm。固液分離機(jī)采用轉(zhuǎn)筒式,帶自動(dòng)沖洗裝置。分離出固體廢棄物可以同生活垃圾一同處理。

    2)       集水井和調(diào)節(jié)池  集水井設(shè)有2臺(tái)潛污泵提升廢水進(jìn)入調(diào)節(jié)池。調(diào)節(jié)池內(nèi)設(shè)有提升泵組,將廢水提升進(jìn)入U(xiǎn)ASB反應(yīng)器。調(diào)節(jié)池HRT=8h,有效容積1170m3,結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸22.0m×12.0m×5.0m。

    3)       UASB反應(yīng)器  有機(jī)負(fù)荷5.5kgCOD/(m3·d),有效容積1580m3,數(shù)量2座,單池尺寸?13.75m×5.65m,有效水深5.3m。設(shè)計(jì)去除效率COD85%、BOD85%、SS50%。

    4)       SBR反應(yīng)器  污泥負(fù)荷0.25kgCOD/(kgMLSS·d),有效容積1735m3,數(shù)量2座,單池尺寸?18.33m×4.65m,有效水深4.2m。選用膜片式微孔曝氣管300根,單管長2.2m。

    5)       鼓風(fēng)機(jī)  SBR曝氣的氣水比10:1.風(fēng)機(jī)選用SSR150型3臺(tái),2用1備。單臺(tái)流量13.50m3/min,功率18.5Kw。

    6)       污泥處理系統(tǒng)  污泥處理系統(tǒng)包括濃縮池、污泥脫水機(jī)和加藥系統(tǒng)等。濕污泥產(chǎn)量140m3/d。污泥濃縮池停留時(shí)間18h,有效容積105m3,結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸:?6.0m×6.88m,有效水深6.38m。脫水機(jī)房選用帶式壓濾脫水機(jī)1臺(tái),帶寬1m.

    三技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)

    本項(xiàng)目總體投資600萬元。運(yùn)行電耗0.33(Kw·h)/m3廢水,直接運(yùn)行費(fèi)用為0.35元/m3廢水。

     

     

    在古時(shí)候,當(dāng)時(shí)的人類沒有先進(jìn)的水處理技術(shù),為了降低疾病的水傳播,他們便是采用簡(jiǎn)單的格柵截留和自然沉降等方法進(jìn)行水處理。隨后,經(jīng)過多年觀察和總結(jié),他們也是發(fā)現(xiàn)了用砂子可以過濾掉細(xì)微懸浮物的方法,進(jìn)而出現(xiàn)了藥劑混凝預(yù)處理。隨著人類文明的不斷進(jìn)步,人類產(chǎn)生的垃圾以及對(duì)環(huán)境的大肆破壞,導(dǎo)致了水資源受到嚴(yán)重污染。當(dāng)各種傳染病通過水傳播,致使不少人染病或者死亡的時(shí)候,人們才是發(fā)現(xiàn)水處理是何等的重要。也正是如此,人們才逐漸開始研究水處理技術(shù)。

    從十九世紀(jì)末開始,工業(yè)技術(shù)得到長足發(fā)展,工業(yè)污水也是逐年翻倍產(chǎn)生。而且當(dāng)時(shí)的工業(yè)強(qiáng)國的河流、湖泊也是遭到嚴(yán)重污染,逐漸成為社會(huì)公害。人們發(fā)現(xiàn),簡(jiǎn)單的化學(xué)、物理方法以及難以處理這些污水,研究出新型的水處理技術(shù)已經(jīng)急不可耐了。各國的科學(xué)家都開始著手研究水處理方法,最早是污水曝氣試驗(yàn),然后又是生物膜法,接著再是人工生物處理法,再到如今具有針對(duì)性的離子交換法、電化學(xué)法等高新技術(shù)。

    Project overview

    A beer company, with barley and rice as its main raw materials, is supplemented with beer and fresh yeast, and produces a beer of 100,000 tons a year. The design scale of wastewater treatment works is 3500m cubed/d, which is 146m cubed/h.

    Two-process process

    1 production process and water quality

    Source of brewery wastewater: saccharification and filtration washing water in saccharification workshop; Fermentation tank washing and filtration washing water; Bottling, sterilization and beer bottles; Cooling water and finished workshop washing water, etc.

    Design water quality:

    COD = 2500 mg/L

    BOD = 1800 mg/L

    SS = 400 mg/L.

    The final discharge of water discharge is the municipal sewage pipe, and the standard of grade I (new expansion) in the comprehensive effluent discharge standard (gb8978-1996) is implemented

    2 treatment process

    The wastewater of this project is a high concentration organic wastewater, which can be biochemical and biochemical. The combination process of anaerobic UASB and good oxygen SBR was adopted.

    The characteristics of wastewater suspension are more characteristic, and the two levels of pretreatment of grille and solid-liquid centrifuge are used to eliminate the influence of the following UASB.

    3 process flow

    This engineering process

    Wastewater after fine grille to remove impurities, first through the solid liquid separator large particles suspended solids removal of wheat bran, into collecting well and the submersible sewage pump to ascend into adjusting pool, adjusting water quality after secondary to ascend into UASB reactor. After treatment of UASB reactor, the water outlet enters good oxygen SBR aeration tank, and after treatment, it is discharged. In the design, UASB is equipped with acid and alkali adjustment facilities. The residual sludge caused by aeration pool is pumped into the regulating pool, and the adjustment pool is raised to the anaerobic pool. The residual sludge discharged from anaerobic UASB pool enters the sludge thickening pool and is condensed and then dehydrated by the belt sludge dehydrator. The upper cleaning fluid and the dewatering machine room cleaning fluid flow back to the collecting well. Biological organic fertilizer is made after the treatment of the waste water after dehydration or compost.

    Main design parameters

    (1) a fine grating and 5mm gap between the inlet grille and solid-liquid separator. The solid liquid separator adopts rotary drum and automatic washing device. The separation of solid waste can be treated with living waste.

    (2) collecting Wells and regulating pool Wells are equipped with two submersible pumps to lift wastewater into the regulating pool. The adjustment pool is equipped with the lifting pump group to upgrade the waste water into the UASB reactor. Adjustment pool HRT= 8h, effective volume 1170m cubic, structural dimensions 22.0m * 12.0m * 5.0 m.

    (3) the organic load of 5.5 kgCOD/UASB reactor (m after · d), 1580 m after effective volume, number two, ? ChanChi size 13.75 m * 5.65 m, the effective depth of 5.3 m. Design removal efficiency COD85 %, BOD85 %, SS50 %.

    (4) 0.25 kgCOD/SBR sludge load (kgMLSS · d), 1735 m after effective volume, number two, ? ChanChi size 18.33 m * 4.65 m, the effective depth of 4.2 m. The diaphragm was selected for 300 tubes with a single tube of 2.2 m.

    (5) blower SBR aerated water ratio 10:1. The fan USES SSR150 type 3, 2 with 1. Single flow 13.50m cubed/min, power 18.5 Kw.

    (6) sludge treatment system of sludge treatment system includes concentrated tank, sludge dewatering machine and additive system. The production of wet sludge is 140m cubed/d. Sludge concentration pool residence time 18 h, 105 m after effective volume, structure size: 6.0 m * 6.88 m ?, effective depth of 6.38 m. The dewatering machine room USES the belt type pressure filter dewatering machine 1, the bandwidth is 1m.

    Technical and economic indicators

    The total investment of the project is 6 million yuan. Running the power consumption of 0.33 (Kw · h)/m cubed wastewater, the direct operation cost is 0.35 yuan/m cubed wastewater.
