    一 工程概況

    某啤酒公司以大麥和大米為主要原料,輔以啤酒花和鮮酵母制造啤酒,年產啤酒10萬噸。廢水處理工程的設計規模為3500m3/d,合146m3/h。

    二  處理工藝

    1 生產工藝及水質

    啤酒廠廢水來源:糖化車間的糖化、過濾洗滌水;發酵過程的發酵罐洗滌、過濾洗滌水;灌裝過程洗瓶、滅菌及破瓶啤酒;冷卻水和成品車間洗滌水等。

    設計進水水質為:

    COD=2500mg/L

    BOD=1800mg/L

     SS=400mg/L。

    處理后的出水量最終排放是城市污水管道,執行《污水綜合排放標準》(GB8978-1996)中的一級(新擴改)標準

    2  處理工藝

    本工程廢水中屬高濃度有機廢水,可生化性好,采用生化處理;采用了厭氧UASB和好氧SBR的組合工藝。

    廢水懸浮物較多的特點,采用格柵和固液分離機兩級預處理進行去除,避免對后續UASB的影響。

    3 工藝流程

    本工程工藝流程

    廢水先經細格柵去除雜物后,經固液分離機去除麥麩等大顆粒懸浮物,后進入集水井,由潛污泵提升進入調節池,調節水量水質后經過二次提升進入UASB反應器。UASB反應器處理后的出水進入好氧SBR曝氣池,處理后達標排放。設計中UASB前設有酸堿調節設施。曝氣池產生的剩余污泥重力排入調節池,有調節池提升進入厭氧池。從厭氧UASB池排出的剩余污泥進入污泥濃縮池,經濃縮后由帶式污泥脫水機進行脫水處理。濃縮池的上清液和脫水機房清液流回集水井。脫水后的污泥外運填埋或經堆肥等處理后制成生物有機肥。

    4 主要設計參數

    1)       進水格柵和固液分離機  設一道細格柵,柵條間隙5mm。固液分離機采用轉筒式,帶自動沖洗裝置。分離出固體廢棄物可以同生活垃圾一同處理。

    2)       集水井和調節池  集水井設有2臺潛污泵提升廢水進入調節池。調節池內設有提升泵組,將廢水提升進入UASB反應器。調節池HRT=8h,有效容積1170m3,結構尺寸22.0m×12.0m×5.0m。

    3)       UASB反應器  有機負荷5.5kgCOD/(m3·d),有效容積1580m3,數量2座,單池尺寸?13.75m×5.65m,有效水深5.3m。設計去除效率COD85%、BOD85%、SS50%。

    4)       SBR反應器  污泥負荷0.25kgCOD/(kgMLSS·d),有效容積1735m3,數量2座,單池尺寸?18.33m×4.65m,有效水深4.2m。選用膜片式微孔曝氣管300根,單管長2.2m。

    5)       鼓風機  SBR曝氣的氣水比10:1.風機選用SSR150型3臺,2用1備。單臺流量13.50m3/min,功率18.5Kw。

    6)       污泥處理系統  污泥處理系統包括濃縮池、污泥脫水機和加藥系統等。濕污泥產量140m3/d。污泥濃縮池停留時間18h,有效容積105m3,結構尺寸:?6.0m×6.88m,有效水深6.38m。脫水機房選用帶式壓濾脫水機1臺,帶寬1m.

    三技術經濟指標

    本項目總體投資600萬元。運行電耗0.33(Kw·h)/m3廢水,直接運行費用為0.35元/m3廢水。

    從十九世紀末開始,工業技術得到長足發展,工業污水也是逐年翻倍產生。而且當時的工業強國的河流、湖泊也是遭到嚴重污染,逐漸成為社會公害。人們發現,簡單的化學、物理方法以及難以處理這些污水,研究出新型的水處理技術已經急不可耐了。各國的科學家都開始著手研究水處理方法,最早是污水曝氣試驗,然后又是生物膜法,接著再是人工生物處理法,再到如今具有針對性的離子交換法、電化學法等高新技術。

    Project overview

    A beer company, with barley and rice as its main raw materials, is supplemented with beer and fresh yeast, and produces a beer of 100,000 tons a year. The design scale of wastewater treatment works is 3500m cubed/d, which is 146m cubed/h.

    Two-process process

    1 production process and water quality

    2 treatment process

    Wastewater after fine grille to remove impurities, first through the solid liquid separator large particles suspended solids removal of wheat bran, into collecting well and the submersible sewage pump to ascend into adjusting pool, adjusting water quality after secondary to ascend into UASB reactor. After treatment of UASB reactor, the water outlet enters good oxygen SBR aeration tank, and after treatment, it is discharged. In the design, UASB is equipped with acid and alkali adjustment facilities. The residual sludge caused by aeration pool is pumped into the regulating pool, and the adjustment pool is raised to the anaerobic pool. The residual sludge discharged from anaerobic UASB pool enters the sludge thickening pool and is condensed and then dehydrated by the belt sludge dehydrator. The upper cleaning fluid and the dewatering machine room cleaning fluid flow back to the collecting well. Biological organic fertilizer is made after the treatment of the waste water after dehydration or compost.

    Main design parameters

    (1) a fine grating and 5mm gap between the inlet grille and solid-liquid separator. The solid liquid separator adopts rotary drum and automatic washing device. The separation of solid waste can be treated with living waste.

    (2) collecting Wells and regulating pool Wells are equipped with two submersible pumps to lift wastewater into the regulating pool. The adjustment pool is equipped with the lifting pump group to upgrade the waste water into the UASB reactor. Adjustment pool HRT= 8h, effective volume 1170m cubic, structural dimensions 22.0m * 12.0m * 5.0 m.

    (3) the organic load of 5.5 kgCOD/UASB reactor (m after · d), 1580 m after effective volume, number two, ? ChanChi size 13.75 m * 5.65 m, the effective depth of 5.3 m. Design removal efficiency COD85 %, BOD85 %, SS50 %.

    (5) blower SBR aerated water ratio 10:1. The fan USES SSR150 type 3, 2 with 1. Single flow 13.50m cubed/min, power 18.5 Kw.

    (6) sludge treatment system of sludge treatment system includes concentrated tank, sludge dewatering machine and additive system. The production of wet sludge is 140m cubed/d. Sludge concentration pool residence time 18 h, 105 m after effective volume, structure size: 6.0 m * 6.88 m ?, effective depth of 6.38 m. The dewatering machine room USES the belt type pressure filter dewatering machine 1, the bandwidth is 1m.

    Technical and economic indicators

    The total investment of the project is 6 million yuan. Running the power consumption of 0.33 (Kw · h)/m cubed wastewater, the direct operation cost is 0.35 yuan/m cubed wastewater.
