工藝流程簡介
生活污水首先流至粗、細格柵去除粗大懸浮物及漂浮物后流入集水池,集水池出水經泵(考慮來水埋深可能較深,故設置提升泵)提升至調節池,在池內進行均質、均量的調節,出水經提升泵提升至生化系統(缺氧池+接觸氧化池),在缺氧內進行反硝化,通過反硝化細菌將污水中的硝態氮(包括接觸氧化池混合液回流中的硝態氮)轉化為氮氣,在接觸氧化池內通入空氣,以滿足好氧菌對氧氣的需求,同時通過空氣攪拌使池內污泥與污水充分混合,增加污水與好氧菌接觸機率,促進水中污染物的降解,較快去除水中污染物質;好氧池內的出水自流進入二沉池,進行泥水分離;二沉池上清液經消毒后達標排放。
二沉池的污泥排至污泥濃縮池,經濃縮后送至帶式壓濾機脫水;脫水污泥外運處置,污泥濃縮池上清液和帶機壓濾液回流至集水池。

Introduction to process flow
