淀粉廢水處理工程實(shí)例
一 工程概況
攀枝花某公司主要生產(chǎn)玉米淀粉等產(chǎn)品，年產(chǎn)玉米淀粉20萬噸，排放廢水1000~1500m3/d。為了保護(hù)環(huán)境，防止廢水對(duì)周圍水體造成污染，該公司充分利用淀粉廠原有部分儲(chǔ)罐，建設(shè)了一套處理能力為1500m3/d的廢水處理設(shè)施。
二 處理工藝
1 生產(chǎn)工藝及水質(zhì)
淀粉廢水主要來源于玉米淀粉加工過程中的洗滌、壓濾、濃縮等工藝段，用水量由于生產(chǎn)設(shè)備和生產(chǎn)工藝的不同，約為2~8m3水/t淀粉。根據(jù)該淀粉廠水質(zhì)監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果，同時(shí)參照國(guó)內(nèi)部分相類似淀粉廠的排水水質(zhì)實(shí)際情況，綜合考慮各種因素，確定廢水處理站的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)水水質(zhì)。
根據(jù)該市城市排水總體規(guī)劃要求，淀粉廠處理出水排入城鎮(zhèn)排水系統(tǒng)，由城市污水處理廠集中處理達(dá)標(biāo)排放，故本工程排放執(zhí)行《污水綜合排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》（GB8978-1996）三級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
2 處理工藝
本工程采用厭氧EGSB+好氧A/O處理工藝。廠區(qū)廢水經(jīng)過格柵初步分離去除粗大雜物后進(jìn)入集水井， 經(jīng)泵提升后進(jìn)入初沉池進(jìn)一步去除較小的SS顆粒物及大部分淀粉；初沉池出水自流進(jìn)入調(diào)節(jié)池進(jìn)行水量水質(zhì)均衡調(diào)節(jié)；調(diào)節(jié)池出水自流進(jìn)入到EGSB進(jìn)水池，在進(jìn)水池內(nèi)進(jìn)行溫度調(diào)節(jié)、酸堿度調(diào)節(jié)后由提升泵打入?yún)捬鮁GSB反應(yīng)池，在厭氧池內(nèi)大部分有機(jī)物得以降解去除；厭氧池出水自流入后續(xù)A/O反應(yīng)池進(jìn)行好氧處理，好氧出水沉淀后達(dá)標(biāo)排放。
厭氧池產(chǎn)生的剩余污泥可以單獨(dú)儲(chǔ)存或者和好氧池的剩余污泥一起排入集泥池，經(jīng)濃縮脫水機(jī)濃縮脫水后，泥餅外運(yùn)填埋。
3主要設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)
（1）格柵和集水井 格柵井和集水井為新建鋼混結(jié)構(gòu)。在廢水進(jìn)水渠道上，設(shè)置格柵井，內(nèi)設(shè)機(jī)械格柵一道。格柵井結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸4.0m×0.8m×4.0m。集水井結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸2.5m×2.5m×5.0m。機(jī)械格柵一臺(tái)，柵寬700mm，格柵傾角60℃，功率2.2KW。配螺旋輸送機(jī)1臺(tái)，直徑260mm，功率2.2KW。提升水泵流量110m3/h，揚(yáng)程13.0m，功率7.5kW，2臺(tái)（1備1用）。
（2）進(jìn)水初沉池 采用豎流式沉淀池，幾何尺寸：?9.0m×8.0m，有效水深7.5m。內(nèi)有導(dǎo)流筒1套，規(guī)格?0.70m×3.5m。
（3）調(diào)節(jié)池 尺寸?9.0m×8.0m，有效水深7.25m，調(diào)節(jié)池?cái)?shù)量為3座，停留時(shí)間為22h，其中2座為事故池。
（4）EGSB進(jìn)水池 進(jìn)水池的作用主要是調(diào)節(jié)池EGSB反應(yīng)池進(jìn)水的溫度、pH值，同時(shí)也作為EGSB反應(yīng)池的循環(huán)回流池。鋼混結(jié)構(gòu)，尺寸3.0m×3.0m×7.4m，有效水深6.9m。立式攪拌機(jī)1臺(tái)，功率3.0kW；水力曲篩1套，尺寸1.5m×1.2m，間隙0.50mm。
（5）EGSB反應(yīng)池 EGSB采用專用設(shè)備，鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，采用碳鋼防腐，1個(gè)罐體。設(shè)計(jì)水量2500m3/d，容積負(fù)荷5.3KgCOD/(m3·d)，結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸?7.64m×18.0m，反應(yīng)器有效容積802m3，有效高度17.5m，水力停留時(shí)間12.5h.
(6) EGSB集泥池 鋼結(jié)構(gòu)1座，尺寸?5.0m×6.3m，有效水深4.3m。
（7）EGSB沼氣櫥柜 鋼結(jié)構(gòu)1座，尺寸?5.0m×6.3m，有效水深5.8m。
（8）A/O反應(yīng)池 設(shè)2組池，采用4格，前端設(shè)缺氧段。2個(gè)缺氧池，尺寸16.6m×2.0m×4.9m，總有效容積325m3；2個(gè)好氧池，尺寸15.0m×16.0m×4.9m，總有效容積2352m3； 有效水深4.9m。2臺(tái)內(nèi)回流泵，流量30m3/h，揚(yáng)程5m，功率1.5Kw。2臺(tái)水下攪拌器，功率1.5kW。曝氣管采用高分子材料管式曝氣器，曝氣頭數(shù)量400根。
（9）二沉池 豎流式，鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)，與A/O池合建。2座池體，結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸6.5m×6.5m×5.85m。2套導(dǎo)流筒，規(guī)格?1.50m×4.4m。出水堰51.2m,250m×700(h)mm。
（10）污泥濃縮池 厭氧和好氧產(chǎn)泥量每天總計(jì)670kg/d，合含水率99.4%的污泥為112m3/d，采用污泥濃縮池處理污泥，好氧污泥和厭氧污泥可定期排入污泥濃縮池，經(jīng)濃縮池后進(jìn)入脫水機(jī)房脫水。結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸?5.0m×5.8m，有效水深6.3m。
（11）污泥脫水 為降低污泥含水率， 1臺(tái)帶寬500mm的污泥脫水機(jī)對(duì)濃縮池排泥進(jìn)行脫水。
（12）EGSB提升泵房 泵房結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸4.50m×6.0m，凈高4.15m。2臺(tái)EGSB進(jìn)水提升泵，流量65m3/h，揚(yáng)程25m，功率7.5kW。2臺(tái)EGSB回流泵，流量25m3/h，揚(yáng)程30m，功率4.0KW.
(13)綜合機(jī)泵間 鼓風(fēng)機(jī)房結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸8.5×4.3m,凈高3.75m，鼓風(fēng)機(jī)房?jī)?nèi)墻面鋪設(shè)吸音材料，窗戶采用雙層玻璃，室內(nèi)設(shè)軸流風(fēng)機(jī)。3臺(tái)套（2用1備）羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)，流量50.0m3/min,出口壓力6m，電機(jī)功率45kW。2臺(tái)（1用1備）剩余及回流污泥泵，流量40.0m3/h，揚(yáng)程7.0m， 功率2.2kw。1套pH加藥系統(tǒng)，功率1.0kW。
三 技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)
該淀粉廠廢水處理工程投資715萬元，勞動(dòng)定員9元，運(yùn)行功率為140Kw。藥費(fèi)0.45元/m3，年運(yùn)行費(fèi)32萬元，噸水處理費(fèi)1.818元。
四 工程評(píng)析
本工程淀粉廢水的BOD/COD值大于0.4，可生化性很好，因此采用生物處理工藝是合適的，以保證在盡量低的費(fèi)用下，可靠地將有機(jī)污染物降到所要求的水平。厭氧工藝采用了高負(fù)荷的EGSB工藝，占地面積小，投資省。從運(yùn)行結(jié)果來看，該工藝運(yùn)行可靠，出水穩(wěn)定達(dá)標(biāo)。

Project overview
Panzhihua company mainly produces corn starch and other products, producing 200,000 tons of corn starch and discharging waste water of 1000~1500m cubed/d. In order to protect the environment and prevent the waste water from polluting the surrounding water, the company made full use of the original storage tank of the powder factory and built a waste water treatment facility with capacity of 1500m cubed/d.
Two-process process
1 production process and water quality
Starch wastewater mainly comes from the process of washing, pressure filtration and concentration of corn starch. The water consumption is about 2~8m cubic water/t starch due to different production equipment and production process. According to the monitoring results of water quality starch factory at the same time with reference to domestic similar part of starch factory drainage water quality situation, comprehensive consideration of various factors, can design the water quality of waste water treatment station.
In accordance with the requirements of the city's urban drainage planning, starch factory processing out of the water into the urban drainage system, the standard for central treatment of urban sewage treatment plant emissions, emissions of this project execution "integrated wastewater discharge standard" (GB8978-1996) level 3 standards.
2 treatment process
This project adopts anaerobic EGSB+ aerobic A/O treatment process. After the initial separation and removal of coarse and large debris from the factory, the waste water was removed into the collecting well. After the pump hoisting, the small and small SS particles and most of the starch were further removed. The water quality is regulated by water flow into the regulating pool. Basin artesian water into the EGSB into the pool, conducted in into the pool temperature adjustment, ph adjustment after the lift pump into the anaerobic EGSB reaction pool, in most of the organic matter degradation to remove inside YanYangChi; The water from the anaerobic pool is discharged from the following A/O reaction pool for aerobic treatment, and good oxygen discharge is discharged after the precipitation.
The residual sludge produced by the anaerobic pool can be stored separately or together with the remaining sludge of the oxygen pool. After the concentrated dehydrator is concentrated and dehydrated, the mud cake is filled and buried.
Main design parameters

(12) EGSB upgrade pump room structure size 4.50m x 6.0 m, with a net height of 4.15m. 2 EGSB inlet lift pump, flow 65m cubed/h, lift 25m, power 7.5 kW. 2 EGSB reflux pump, flow 25m cubed/h, yangcheng 30m, power 4.0KW.

Technical and economic indicators
The waste water treatment project of the factory is RMB 7.15 million, the labor is 9 yuan, and the operating power is 140Kw. The drug charge is 0.45 yuan/m to the third, the annual transportation fee is 320,000 yuan, and the water treatment fee is 1.818 yuan.
