肉類加工廢水處理工程案例

（一）   工程概況

某食品公司有屠宰車間、熟肉制品加工車間、冷加工車間以及其他輔助設施等組成。該公司生產規模為年屠宰活豬20萬頭，加工熟肉制品20萬頭/年，按照一年261天工作日計算，平均每日屠宰加工活豬768頭。

項目設計廢水處理規模840m3/d，工程于2013年完工，2014年6月開始調試,2015年驗收。

（二）   處理工藝

1 生產工藝及水質

該公司廢水屬中等濃度有機廢水，水量大，廢水中含有大量的血污、毛皮、碎肉、內臟雜物等，不含重金屬及有毒化學物質，廢水中富含蛋白質及油脂。

 2 處理工藝

本工程出水水質要求較高，為了強化有機污染物去除效果，采用了厭氧-好氧組合工藝，其中厭氧采用水解酸化發，好氧采用接觸氧化法。由于原水中懸浮物和油類較多，為了降低生物處理的負荷，在流程前端設置隔油沉淀。懸浮物主要在初沉和水解酸化單元中得到去除。為了保證出水水質，生物處理后設置了纖維球和生物炭兩級過濾，最終實現達標排放。

3 工藝流程

本工程的工藝流程可分為預處理、厭氧-好氧生物處理和深度處理三部分

 4 主要設計參數

（1）       機械格柵 去除較大懸浮物，格柵柵條間距為6mm。

（2）       初沉隔油調節池  鋼筋混凝土結構，尺寸12.6m×8.2m×4.0m,水力停留時間8h.

（3）       水解酸化池 鋼筋混凝土結構，尺寸13.1m×7.4m×5.5m,水力停留時間4h.

（4）       接觸氧化池 鋼筋混凝土結構，尺寸16.85m×7.95m×5.0m,水力停留時間13.5h.

（5）       二沉池  采用斜管沉淀池，表面負荷為2.1m3/(㎡·h)。鋼筋混凝土結構，平面尺寸6.0m×4.2m。

（6）       生物碳池  生物碳池濾速為1.3m/h，尺寸7.8m×4.0m×4.0m。

（7）       污泥濃縮池   污泥濃縮池用來貯存和濃縮由二沉池及水解酸化池排出來的污泥，污泥濃縮停留時間為24h。

（8）       污泥脫水設備  選用板框壓濾機1臺，脫水面積15㎡,濾室容積0,25m3。脫水后的污泥含水率為75%~80%。

三  工程設計

1 平面設計

本項目占地面積2000㎡，長50m，寬40m，南北向布置。

2 高程設計

廢水處理廠區自然地坪高程約32~32.2m，根據廠區總體設計要求，室外自然地坪高程為33.1m，回填土厚度約1m。設計室內地坪為±0.00，對應絕對高程33.40m。

     主要技術經濟指標

該廢水處理工程總投資520萬元，單位處理成本1.5元/m3（包括設備折舊），單位直接處理成本1.06元/m3（不包含設備折舊）。

Case study of meat processing wastewater treatment

(I) project overview

A food company has a slaughtering workshop, cooked meat products processing workshop, cold processing workshop and other auxiliary facilities. The company produces 200,000 live pigs and 200,000 processed meat products in a year. The average daily slaughtering and processing of live pigs is 768, according to the annual average of 261 days a year.

The project design wastewater treatment scale is 840m cubed/d. The project was completed in 2013 and began to be debugged in June 2014.

(2) processing technology

1 production process and water quality

The company belongs to the medium concentration organic wastewater, wastewater quantity is big, the wastewater contains large amounts of bloody, fur, ground meat, visceral sundry etc., do not contain heavy metals and toxic chemicals, in waste water is rich in protein and fat.

2 treatment process

This project water quality request is higher, in order to strengthen the organic pollutants removal efficiency, used the combination of anaerobic - aerobic process, including anaerobic using hydrolytic acidification, aerobic contact oxidation method. In order to reduce the load of biological treatment, oil precipitation is set up at the front end of the process because of the high suspension and oil in the original water. Suspended objects are mainly removed in the initial sedimentation and hydrolytic acid units. In order to ensure the water quality, the biological treatment, the fiber ball and biochar filter are set up, and finally meet the standard emission.

3 process flow

The process flow of this project can be divided into three parts: pretreatment, anaerobic - aerobic biological treatment and depth treatment

Main design parameters

(1) the mechanical grille removes the larger suspension and the spacing of the grille bars is 6mm.

(2) the structure of the rebar concrete of the initial settling oil regulating pool is 12.6m x 8.2m x 4.0m, and the water retention time is 8h.

(3) hydrolyzed acidizing pool reinforced concrete structure, size 13.1m x 7.4m x 5.5m, hydraulic stay time 4h.

(4) contact oxidation pond reinforced concrete structure, size 16.85m x 7.95m x 5.0m, hydraulic retention time 13.5h.

(5) the second pond, the inclined tube sedimentation tank, the surface load of 2.1 m after / ㎡ (h.). Reinforced concrete structure, plane size 6.0m x 4.2 m.

(6) biological carbon pool biochar filter is 1.3m/h with a size of 7.8m x 4.0m x 4.0 m.

(7) sludge concentrated pond sludge concentration pool is used for storage and concentration of sludge from sink pool and hydrolytic acidification pool, and the sludge concentration is 24h.

(8) the sludge dewatering equipment is made of plate and frame filter press 1 table, dehydration area is 15 ㎡, 0, 25 m after the filter chamber volume. The moisture content of sludge after dehydration is 75%~80 %.

Three engineering design

1 graphic design

The project covers an area of 2000 ㎡, 50 m long, 40 m wide, north and south to decorate.

2 elevation design

The natural floor elevation of the waste water treatment plant is about 32~32.2 m. According to the overall design requirements of the plant, the outdoor natural floor elevation is 33.1 m, and the backfill soil is about 1m. The design indoor floor is plus or minus 0.00, corresponding to absolute elevation 33.40m.

Main technical and economic indicators

The total investment of the waste water treatment project is 5.2 million yuan, and the unit costs 1.5 yuan per cubic meter (including depreciation of equipment), and the unit's direct processing cost is 1.06 yuan/m cubed (excluding equipment depreciation).
