亞克力的加工工藝

亞克力可以采用澆鑄、注塑、擠出、熱成型、激光雕刻、激光切割等工藝。
澆鑄成型
澆鑄成型用于成型有機(jī)玻璃板材、棒材等型材，即用體本體聚合方法成型型材。澆鑄成型后的制品需要進(jìn)行后處理，后處理?xiàng)l件是60℃下保溫2小時(shí)，120℃下保溫2小時(shí)。
注塑成型
注塑成型采用懸浮聚合所制得的顆粒料，成型在普通的柱塞式或螺桿式注塑機(jī)上進(jìn)行。工藝參數(shù)包括螺桿式注塑機(jī)、柱塞式注塑機(jī)、料筒溫度后部180℃～200℃;中部 190℃～230℃;前部 180℃～210℃;噴嘴溫度180℃～210℃或210℃～240℃;模具溫度℃ 40℃～80℃;注射壓力80MPa～120MPa 或80MPa～130MPa;保壓壓力MPa 40MPa～60MPa;螺桿轉(zhuǎn)速-1.20rp.m～30rp.m;注塑制品也需要后處理消除內(nèi)應(yīng)力，處理在70～80℃熱風(fēng)循環(huán)干燥箱內(nèi)進(jìn)行，處理亞克力棒時(shí)間視制品厚度，一般均需4小時(shí)左右。
熱成型
熱成型是將有機(jī)玻璃板材或片材制成各種尺寸形狀制品的過(guò)程，將裁切成要求尺寸的坯料夾緊在模具框架上，加熱使其軟化，再加壓使其貼緊模具型面，得到與型面相同的形狀，經(jīng)冷卻定型后修整邊緣即得制品。加壓可采用抽真空牽伸或用對(duì)帶有型面的凸模直接加壓的方法。采用快速真空低牽伸成型制品時(shí)，宜采用接近下限溫度，成型形狀復(fù)雜的深度牽伸制品時(shí)宜采用接近上限溫度，一般情況下采用正常溫度。
