亞克力的加工工藝
亞克力可以采用澆鑄、注塑、擠出、熱成型、激光雕刻、激光切割等工藝。
澆鑄成型
澆鑄成型用于成型有機玻璃板材、棒材等型材,即用體本體聚合方法成型型材。澆鑄成型后的制品需要進行后處理,后處理條件是60℃下保溫2小時,120℃下保溫2小時。
注塑成型
注塑成型采用懸浮聚合所制得的顆粒料,成型在普通的柱塞式或螺桿式注塑機上進行。工藝參數包括螺桿式注塑機、柱塞式注塑機、料筒溫度后部180℃~200℃;中部 190℃~230℃;前部 180℃~210℃;噴嘴溫度180℃~210℃或210℃~240℃;模具溫度℃ 40℃~80℃;注射壓力80MPa~120MPa 或80MPa~130MPa;保壓壓力MPa 40MPa~60MPa;螺桿轉速-1.20rp.m~30rp.m;注塑制品也需要后處理消除內應力,處理在70~80℃熱風循環干燥箱內進行,處理亞克力棒時間視制品厚度,一般均需4小時左右。
熱成型
熱成型是將有機玻璃板材或片材制成各種尺寸形狀制品的過程,將裁切成要求尺寸的坯料夾緊在模具框架上,加熱使其軟化,再加壓使其貼緊模具型面,得到與型面相同的形狀,經冷卻定型后修整邊緣即得制品。加壓可采用抽真空牽伸或用對帶有型面的凸模直接加壓的方法。采用快速真空低牽伸成型制品時,宜采用接近下限溫度,成型形狀復雜的深度牽伸制品時宜采用接近上限溫度,一般情況下采用正常溫度。
