使用特性:
1、交流額定電壓U0/U:300/500V;
2、電纜導體長期允許高工作溫度:
聚氯絕緣分70℃、105℃兩種;聚絕緣為70℃;交聯聚絕緣為90℃(絕緣交聯類型可分為硅烷交聯和輻照交聯)
3、低溫度:固定敷設-40℃,非固定敷設-15℃,安裝敷設時溫度不低于0℃
4、電纜允許小彎曲半徑:金屬帶繞包屏蔽或鋼絲、鋼帶鎧裝電纜不小于電纜外徑的12倍,非鎧裝軟電纜或編織屏蔽電纜不小于電纜外徑的6倍。
5、電纜地線芯絕緣采用具有抗氧化性能的K型B類低密度聚。聚的絕緣電阻高,耐電壓好,介電系數小和介質損耗溫度和變的影響也小,不但能傳輸性能的要求,而且能確保電纜的使用壽命。
6、為了回路間的相互串擾和外部,電纜采用屏蔽結構。電纜的屏蔽要求是根據不同分別采用:對絞組合屏蔽、對絞組成電纜的總屏蔽、對絞組合屏蔽后總屏蔽等。
7、屏蔽材料有圓銅線,銅帶、鋁帶/塑料復合帶三種。屏蔽對與屏蔽對具有的絕緣性能,電纜在使用中若屏蔽對與屏蔽對之間出現電位差時,不會影響的傳輸。
