4.進口口岸檢疫局辦的進口舊機電產品備案申請書
5. 如進口的機器是印刷機就需要到國家新聞總暑辦理印刷經營許可證
6.如產品稅號涉及到國家強制認證的需提供3C證書
7.如進口國為美日韓歐盟等國家的還需提供IPPC(木質包裝熏蒸證明)
