ZY204型系列螺旋預(yù)榨機(jī)是一種連續(xù)性螺旋預(yù)榨機(jī)，適用于植物油廠預(yù)榨一浸出或兩次壓榨工藝，用于處理油菜籽、花生仁、向日葵籽、柿子仁等含油較多的油料。

　　ZY204 Pre-press expeller is a continuity oil expeller which is suitable for per-pressing leach or pressing twice in the vegetable oil plant,and used to handle with oily seeds such as rapeseed,peanut,sunflower seed and persimmon seed. 

特點(diǎn) FEATURES

　1、設(shè)有自動(dòng)扒渣機(jī)構(gòu)，減輕操作工人勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度；

　2、處理量大，車間面積、動(dòng)力消耗、操作、管理和保養(yǎng)工作相應(yīng)減少；

　3、榨出餅的機(jī)構(gòu)松而不粉碎，有利于溶劑滲透；

  4、榨出餅的含油率和水份適合于溶劑浸出；

  5、榨出油的質(zhì)量較一次壓榨或一次浸出的油為好。
