一、電壓擊穿試驗儀 ，適用范圍及功能
電壓擊穿試驗儀, 主要適用于固體絕緣材料（如：塑料、橡膠、薄膜、樹脂、云母、陶瓷、玻璃、絕緣漆等介質）在工頻電壓或直流電壓下擊穿強度和耐電壓的測試。
電壓擊穿試驗儀,由電腦控制，通過我公司自主研發的全新智能數字集成電路系統與軟件控制系統兩部分來完成，使升壓速率真正做到勻速、準確，并能夠準確測出漏電電流的數據。
可實時動態繪制試驗曲線，顯示試驗數據，判斷準確，并可保存，分析，修改，打印試驗數據。
1、本儀器在試驗過程中可對升壓擊穿過程繪制實時曲線，每次試驗的升壓曲線都由不同顏色構成，試驗結束后可疊加對比材料的試驗數據重復性。
2、可以隨時調取當前及歷史試驗數據進行查看，編輯及修改實驗結果。
3、試驗過程中可以隨時修改試驗條件及存儲路徑及自動存儲試驗結果。
4、試驗過程中，可隨時通過軟件決定本次試驗是否有效，方便篩選試驗結果。
5、可對軟件設置密碼，生成密碼保護，做到專機專人操作，避免無關人員誤操作。
6、 可對試驗結果編輯修改后打印，方便操作 更加人性化。
7、可對一組試驗中曲線數據的試驗結果是否進行人為選定 。
8、本儀器采用先進的無觸點原件勻速調壓方式，淘汰同類產品中機械傳動升壓方式。

四、電壓擊穿試驗儀,設備安全說明：
1、設備要安裝單獨的保護地線。接保護地線，主要是減少試樣擊穿時對周圍產生的較強的電磁干擾。也可避免控制計算機失控。
2、該試驗設備的電路設有多項保護措施，主要有：過流保護、失壓保護、漏電保護、短路保護、直流試驗放電報警等。
