本機主要用于泡沫材料的切割，其可將硬質泡沫、軟質泡沫、塑料切割成方形、長方形、條形等，具有切割效率高，切割尺寸準確，精確度高等優點。

三、海綿泡沫切割機（試驗專用）結構特點
   1、該機配有可移動切料調正尺寸裝置。為保證切料尺寸精度，配有數字顯示尺。
   2、可移動工作臺，采用負壓吸附方式，固定被切割泡沫。
   3、停止運轉時，配有手動、自動裝置。
   4、紅色剎車按鈕用于手動剎車。當啟動按鈕按下時此按鈕無效
   5、當剎車電磁鐵吸合時，按下啟動按鈕，剎車電磁鐵立即釋放。
