實(shí)驗(yàn)室反應(yīng)釜是將含硅量高的瓷釉噴涂到低碳鋼胎表面,經(jīng)9℃左右的高溫焙燒,使瓷釉密著于實(shí)驗(yàn)室反應(yīng)釜金屬鋼胎表面而形成,由于這兩種材料的機(jī)械性能和物理性能各不相同,因此實(shí)驗(yàn)室反應(yīng)釜的破損原因也多樣,一般有以下幾種原因:1實(shí)驗(yàn)室反應(yīng)釜機(jī)械損壞實(shí)驗(yàn)室反應(yīng)釜抗沖擊力非常差,任何金屬、硬物對其進(jìn)行撞擊均會導(dǎo)致實(shí)驗(yàn)室反應(yīng)釜破損。因此實(shí)驗(yàn)室反應(yīng)釜使用過程中嚴(yán)防任何金屬、硬物掉進(jìn)釜內(nèi),如遇堵料,必須用塑料棒疏通,檢修時蓋好鍋蓋,嚴(yán)防焊渣熔化瓷面出現(xiàn)小坑或爆瓷。驗(yàn)室反應(yīng)釜熱應(yīng)力損壞實(shí)驗(yàn)室反應(yīng)釜經(jīng)9℃高溫焙燒,冷卻后搪瓷與鋼板粘結(jié)在一起。由于搪瓷的線膨脹系數(shù)和延伸率小于鋼板,因此冷卻后搪玻璃的變形量小于鋼板的變形量,搪瓷受到鋼板的約束產(chǎn)生壓應(yīng)力。搪瓷釜制成后,其搪玻璃即存在預(yù)壓縮應(yīng)力,而鋼板則存在預(yù)拉伸應(yīng)力。由于預(yù)應(yīng)力與線膨脹系數(shù)和延伸率相關(guān),線膨脹系數(shù)和延伸率與溫度又密切相關(guān),因此反應(yīng)釜的工作溫度對反應(yīng)釜的使用影響很大。如果因溫度變化大而使反應(yīng)釜產(chǎn)生的應(yīng)力超過其使用應(yīng)力,搪瓷將被破壞。
