瀝青泵選型在具體選擇時,可從以下幾方面考慮:閥芯形狀結構主要根據所選擇的流量特性和不平衡力等因素考慮。耐磨損性當流體介質是含有高濃度磨損性顆粒的懸浮液時,閥芯、閥座接合面每一次關閉都會受到嚴重摩擦。因此閥門的流路要光滑,閥的內部材料要堅硬。耐腐蝕由于介質具有腐蝕性,在能滿足調節功能的情況下,盡量選擇結構簡單閥門。介質的溫度、壓力當介質的溫度、壓力高且變化大時,應選用閥芯和閥座的材料受溫度、壓力變化小的閥門。
