便攜式溶解氧測定儀適用于測定溶解在水中的氧氣濃度或飽和度。LDO™便攜式溶氧儀和LDOTM便攜式溶氧儀是哈希公司采用最新技術(shù)開發(fā)而成，適合于實(shí)驗(yàn)室和野外測試的 兩款便攜式儀器。
便攜式溶解氧測定儀: 溶解氧測量新技術(shù)－溶解氧的熒光法測量
HACH公司便攜式溶解氧測定儀的LDO溶解氧傳感器被一層熒光物質(zhì)所覆蓋，當(dāng) LED 光源發(fā)出的藍(lán)光照 射到傳感器表面的熒光物質(zhì)時(shí)，熒光物質(zhì)受到激發(fā)釋放出紅光。從發(fā)出藍(lán)光到釋放出紅光 的這段時(shí)間被記錄下來。水中的氧氣濃度越高，釋放紅光的時(shí)間就越短。在紅光釋放時(shí)間 與溶解氧濃度之間建立相關(guān)性，便攜式溶解氧測定儀通過測定紅光的釋放時(shí)間計(jì)算出溶解氧濃度，進(jìn)而在 屏幕中直接顯示出溶解氧濃度。
在測量溶解氧的技術(shù)方面，帶有LDO探頭的便攜式溶解氧測定儀與傳統(tǒng)的基于電流或極譜法 的溶氧儀相比，具有諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn)：
(1)無需極化：在測量溶解氧時(shí)，LDO溶解氧溶解氧測定儀探頭不需要極化時(shí)間。傳統(tǒng)溶解氧探頭在使用前通常有極化過程。
(2)無需校準(zhǔn)：LDO溶解氧溶解氧測定儀探頭在出廠前已經(jīng)校準(zhǔn)， 因此用戶在使用時(shí)無需校準(zhǔn)，可直接測量溶解氧濃度。而傳統(tǒng)的溶解氧儀在使用時(shí)，通常有校準(zhǔn)步驟，校準(zhǔn)通過后，方可進(jìn)行溶解氧的測定。
(3)維護(hù)量低：LDO 溶解氧溶解氧測定儀探頭為無膜式探頭，無需更換膜 組件、無需填充電解液，維護(hù)量大大降低，既節(jié)省了時(shí)間 又降低了用戶的維護(hù)成本。
(4)抗干擾能力強(qiáng)：LDO探頭為無膜式探頭，因此不受典型廢水中化學(xué)物質(zhì)的干擾。
(5)耐用的熒光帽：熒光帽在被刮蹭或部分污染的情況下，仍能保持其準(zhǔn)確度，清洗方便。

Your unit starts its journey on Conveyor #1, where it is transported from receiving to the Repair Entry Team.
All documents that arrive with your repair are scanned into our computerized “Spectrum” tracking system. 
Your unit is photographed and a digital image is attached to the record. 
Your unit is barcoded so that it can be
tracked through the repair process. 
A free repair evaluation starts at the end of Conveyor #2. Engineers completely review your unit to determine the proper repair process and testing to be utilized by the Technical Teams. 
When your unit reaches Conveyor #3, the service writer contacts you with a repair estimate and delivery schedule. Upon your approval, the unit will be repaired. 
Your unit moves to the Technician Service Area via a drop table for immediate assignment. 
Any conformal coating/clear coat is removed via CCR 2000 workstations. 
No expense has been spared. The latest technology is used to determine
component failure. 
With a parts inventory of over 750,000 pieces at a value of $2.2 million, Radwell
technicians will have what they need to complete your repair at industry leading speed. 
A pneumatic tube system delivers parts from inventory directly to the technician. 
Highly qualified technicians replace components and complete preventive maintenance. 
More than 675 documented test fixtures are available for final testing and inspection of your unit. 
Example: Diagnostic and performance testing is completed on all servo motors repaired by Radwell’s Technical Teams. 
Units requiring NIST traceability can be calibrated in our Cal Lab. 
Quality Assurance has the final look at all repairs. When they are satisfied with the repair and all paperwork is correct, the unit will enter shipping via Conveyor #4. 
The unit arrives in shipping via a drop table and is automatically assigned the type of custom packaging required. 
Spray Foam machines are used to protect larger pieces of equipment. Custom Radwell boxes are available with or without Radwell logos. 
Smaller units are skin packed and boxed in special perforated cartons. Skin packed units are rugged and allow for secure shipments. 
Believe it or not, all of the above has been completed within 5 days of the order. Your unit takes its final ride at Radwell on Conveyor #5 and is ready for immediate shipment
