凱軒轉盤軸承根據不同的結構型式大致可分為下列幾種結構類型：

公差、 游隙
轉盤軸承的公差及游隙符合JB/T 10471 《滾動軸承 轉盤軸承》，風力發電機用轉盤軸承的公差及游隙符合JB/T 10705 《滾動軸承 風力發電機軸承》。
若顧客對尺寸、公差、游隙有其它特殊要求時，可根據使用工況及用戶要求提供相應的產品。
保持架
轉盤軸承所用保持架型式有整體保持架式、分段式持架或隔離式保持架等不同的結構型式。其中整體保持架或分段式保持架采用20號鋼或ZL102鑄造鋁合金制造。隔離式保持架采用聚酰胺1010樹脂、ZL102鑄造鋁合金或QA110-3-1.5鋁青銅制造。近年來隨著材料工業的不斷發展尼龍GRPA66.25也已在分段保持架的設計中得以推廣應用。
軸承的潤滑
轉盤軸承大多在重載低速的工況條件下工作，一般情況下采用充填潤滑脂的潤滑型式對軸承施以潤滑均可取得極為滿意的效果，常用的潤滑脂有鈣基潤滑脂、鋰基潤滑脂、鋁基潤滑脂、及高溫潤滑脂等，用戶可根據具體情況選擇最適宜的潤滑脂。
轉盤軸承的密封
轉盤軸承的密封一方面是為了防止已充填的潤滑脂向外泄漏，另一方面是為了防止外界的塵埃、雜質及水份侵入軸承內部而影響其正常工作。由于轉盤軸承大多處于重載低速下工作，故軸承的密封型式采用橡膠密封圈和迷宮式密封兩種結構。而橡膠密封式結構本身具有結構簡單、占用空間小，密封性能可靠等優點而得到了廣泛的應用，但其不足之處是在高溫狀態時橡膠密封唇易早期老化而喪失密封性，故在高溫工況條件下工作的轉盤軸承宜采用迷宮式密封?！?
