From software release 3.3.23, the function MD10072 $MN_COM_IPO_TIME_RATIO for Sinumerik 810D has been modified:
By entering values <1, it is possible to increase communications performance between HMI and NCK. Up until now, the communications task was processed in an integer multiple of the IPO clock cycle. This means, that with MD10072=1, the communications task was processed in every IPO clock cycle.
By entering values <1 in MD10072, a lower processing grid can be achieved, based on the system clock cycle (MD10050). When selecting the value in MD10072, the ratio between the IPO clock cycle (MD10071) and the system clock cycle (MD10050) must be taken into account.
The lowest grid which can be achieved for the communications task is the system clock cycle.
However, it should be noted that the block cycle time is slightly increased.
Alarm 4115 is generated if MD10071xMD10072 does not result in an integer multiple of the system clock cycle (MD10050). In this case, the value in MD10072 is automatically adapted. - 3. Compatibility
