一、壓縮空氣冷凍式干燥機(jī)的工作原理
壓縮空氣冷凍式干燥機(jī)是根據(jù)冷凍除濕原理，利用全封閉壓縮式制冷系統(tǒng)，對經(jīng)空壓機(jī)排出的壓縮氣體冷卻降溫，使其中所含的大量飽和水蒸氣、油霧凝結(jié)液滴，經(jīng)過經(jīng)汽水分離后由自動排水器排出，在較高溫度的飽和壓縮氣體進(jìn)入壓縮空氣冷凍式干燥機(jī)的預(yù)冷器，在預(yù)冷器中與來自蒸發(fā)器的干冷氣體進(jìn)行熱交換，降低溫度后進(jìn)入制冷系統(tǒng)的蒸發(fā)器，與冷媒汽進(jìn)行第二次熱交換，使本身溫度降到接近于冷媒的蒸發(fā)溫度，在兩次降溫過程中，壓縮氣體中的水蒸汽得以凝結(jié)成液態(tài)水滴并隨氣流進(jìn)入氣水分離器，分離下來的液態(tài)水經(jīng)自動排水器排出機(jī)外，溫度較低的干燥壓縮氣體進(jìn)入預(yù)冷器，與剛進(jìn)入的濕飽和氣體進(jìn)行熱交換，使本身溫度得到提高，從而在壓縮空氣冷凍式干燥機(jī)排氣口得到含水量較低（即露點(diǎn)較低）、相對濕度也很低的干燥壓縮氣體。冷凍式干燥機(jī)由于工作可靠、管理方便、運(yùn)行費(fèi)用低廉而成為各行業(yè)空壓站房凈化設(shè)備的首選機(jī)型。
