20mm本色PPS板 20mm米色PPS板材 20mm黑色PPS板20mm本色PPS板 20mm米色PPS板材 20mm黑色PPS板20mm本色PPS板 20mm米色PPS板材 20mm黑色PPS板：PPS （聚苯硫醚）是結晶型（結晶度55%-65%）的高剛性白色粉末聚合物，耐熱性高（連續使用溫度達240℃）、機械強度、剛性、難燃性、耐化學藥品性、電氣特性、尺寸穩定性都優良的樹脂，耐磨、抗蠕變性優、阻燃性優。有自熄性，達UL94V-0級。高溫、高濕下仍保持良好的電性能。流動性好，易成型，成型時幾乎沒有縮孔凹斑。與各種無機填料有良好的親和性。它的開發縮短了標準熱塑性塑料材料（例如PA 、POM、PET……）與高級工程塑料之間的差別。

特性：空氣中最大允許工作溫度非常高可在220℃持續工作，短時可達260℃，在高溫環境保持高機械強度、剛度和硬度，優越的耐化學腐蝕及耐水解性能（目前尚未發現可在200℃以下溶解聚苯硫醚的溶劑，對無機酸、堿和鹽類的抵抗性極強），優秀的耐磨和摩擦性，非常好的尺寸穩定性，優秀的抗高能量輻射，良好的抗紫外線性能，自身具有阻燃性，優良的電絕緣性。

優點：高機械強度。剛硬，杰出的低磨耗，耐沖擊及抗化性比PSU 及PE更佳。符合OSU標準非常好的抗化抗氧化。及抗水解性，可做重覆蒸汽煮沸。防火自熄性塑膠。很高的時用溫度，在 220℃下仍可耐高腐濁，可短暫使用至 260℃。在此溫度其撓曲強度和室濕時的ABS相若，低收縮率，優異的尺寸及耐熱安定性，生理學上使用無疑。缺點：不耐磨。延伸性低。和極性溶劑和酒精接觸會變脆/斷裂。加工時如含應力時亦易斷裂不可用冷卻油加工切削。應用：電子、電氣：微型電子元件封裝、線圈骨架、馬達殼、繼電器、微調電容器等零部件。精密儀器：電腦、計時器、復印機、溫度傳感器以及各種測量儀表的殼體和部件。

　　機械：泵殼、泵輪、閥、風扇、流量計部件、法蘭盤、萬向頭等。汽車：點火器、離合器、變速器、齒輪箱、軸承支架、排氣系統零部件。
